School safety is a critical issue, especially for educators facing increasing threats of physical violence and aggression within their schools. The psychological and physical impact of educator violence can negatively affect the retention and wellness of education support staff. This webinar session will focus on how ESPs can utilize reporting systems, safety measures, and positive behavior support strategies to support safe school culture. Join us to explore current issues related to school violence and the unique roles of ESPs. Participants will also learn key strategies for violence prevention and factors in creating educator supportive environments.
