Has your contact information changed recently? Whether it's a new worksite, a different cell phone number, or an updated email address, keeping your records current is crucial.

To make updates, simply access the "Change Form" included in your annual membership packet or scan the QR code provided below. If you haven't received your packet yet, please reach out to the MAE headquarters at 601.354.4463.

If you've recently retired, congratulations! We invite you to continue your membership with MAE as a retired member. Simply choose one of the retirement options and complete the change record form.

For members who have changed schools, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details, please ensure to fill out the change record form enclosed in your membership packet or scan the QR code for updates.
